  • What materials do you use in your jewelry?

    We use ethically sourced materials including recycled metals, lab-made moissanites, rough raw untouched diamonds, plus natural gemstones. Each piece is crafted with care to ensure quality and sustainability.

  • How long does shipping take?

    Each piece is handmade to order, allowing us to give it the attention it deserves. Please allow additional time for shipping as your jewelry is thoughtfully crafted just for you. Standard shipping typically takes 7 business days.

  • Do you offer custom designs?

    Yes! We love creating custom pieces and staying true to the nature-inspired designs. Please contact us with your design ideas, and our team will work with you to bring your vision to life. Just click on the CUSTOM link in the menu.

  • What is your return policy?

    Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Including - - Custom designed products - Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error - Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

  • Do raw rough diamonds come with certification?

    Rough diamonds do not come with certification, but all of our diamonds come from the Diavik Diamond Mine in Canada. Our supplier guarantees that our diamonds are conflict-free, based on personal knowledge and written guarantees. Kimberley certificates are only issued in the international trade of rough diamonds. However, the mandatory Kimberley statement is on all of our invoices from our diamond supplier, which states everything is conflict-free etc. To certify a stone of this value would triple its price, making the ring price increase dramatically.   • What if the ring doesn't fit?

    We want your jewelry to fit just right. Since all our pieces are handmade, we offer resizing options to help ensure the perfect fit. Just contact us!

  • Do you offer quarter sizes?

    Yes! If you need a ring size that falls between the options offered, simply note your preferred quarter size in the checkout notes. For example, if a size 6 is too snug and a 6.5 feels loose, you may request a size 6.25.
